KICK OFF SUMMER WITH SKECHERS INTERNATIONAL

All of us at Skechers headquarters in Manhattan Beach, California couldn’t be more ready for the start of summer. They say summer unofficially begins on Memorial Day, but in fact, we haven’t seen much of the sun since the end of April.  This cloudy, breezy, chilly and very un-beach-like weather is something that locals lovingly call “June gloom.”  Eventually the real summer makes its way to our neck of the woods and the timing couldn’t be more perfect this year.  As if by magical cue, the skies have parted and filled our beaches with perfect warm amazing sunshine just in the nick of time for the OFFICIAL beginning of summer today!

While it took us a while to find our sunshine, our friends around the globe are already enjoying the best season of the year.  We reached out to several of our international offices to see what footwear people are loving in each country this season.  From the bright Skechers Burst styles in front of Wat Phnom in Cambodia seen above to the Flex Appeal – Floral Bloom by the canals of Utrecht Oudegracht in Belgium seen below—everywhere you go on this planet, you’ll find people wearing comfortable Skechers footwear. Check out the gallery for more Skechers international sightings in Russia, Canada, Malaysia, Mexico and many other amazing countries.

Do you have a favorite Skechers style for your international adventures?  Let us know in the comments or post a cool image to Instagram with #Skechers.  Now as a record-setting heatwave has landed in the Los Angeles area today, please excuse us as we hit the beach for the first time this year!
